Elance provides $1 -$5 for new people who are looking for more work.
What we need to do
Signup on Elance - Post a relatively easy project to get lots of bid and place the pricing high.
Now go to twitter.com and post a tweet SEO wanted , or web developer wanted with your elance affiliate url.
you could also use some paid services which offer retweets at very low cost.
I am not working much on this method but since last week I have managed to make about $34 , havnt been paid yet.
Let me know what you all think.
