Twitter Ebook or reading for 2018

I was hoping to read up on how content is consumed on twitter in the music and gaming niche. From my understanding, Twitter is basically a social rss feed right? I looked up some books on amazon, but they look absolutely awful. I'd like to make an actual strategy for my small business. Any recommendations?
