Twitter doesn't allow to register with outlook, hotmail anymore?

Hi guys.

I just try to register a Twitter account with my hotmail but look like it doesn't work anymore, change to some other email (outlook or hotmail) and the verify code never come, anyone here got the same?

Try from another machine/ip/browser. I seriously doubt twitter would block one of the biggest email providers in the world.

But you never know!
 
I do not believe they blocked it, check your email in the spam or junk mail, also check the configuration of the spam sometimes might block the emails automatically even when you did not set it up and contact customer support if you tried everything with your email, they might find an alternative for you to verify the account.

If outlook is not working on Twitter, try Mail.ru
 
Thank you guys. I found out it is error from Twitter SMTL Servers. They didn't send all emails, still lagging but it is working now.
 
Just to confirm, created an account today with a brand new hotmail email and it works like a charm
 
I just made an account with an automatically created hotmail email and it works
 
No way. They are clocking your deviceID, or IP address instead.
