Twitter DM limits time followers?

I have a few questions...

1. Is there a limit on how many of your followers you can DM within 24hrs? If there’s a limit what is it?

2. Have you ever try using your DM like an messages bot? If so, how did it go and what not did you use for this?

3. What’s the @ mentions daily limits?
