Twitter Directmeesage to non follower?

Hello,

I know that twitter disabled the function to send DM to non follower....

but today I found out that I can send directmessages to verified HBO and Game of Thrones account!
they dont follow me and it works.

So how is it possible? I sent a few fanarts long time ago and tagged them with #hbo and #gameofthrones.
I tried it with other names but it does only work with HBO and Game of Thrones.

I also treid to change the user ID in HTML code but it does not work. So how is it possible that I am able to send DMs to HBO and Game of Thrones official account? Any ideas?
This show me that there is always a way to send DMs to non follower!

It's possible, because they are verified accounts.

until now, you cannot
