I use 1 dedicated IP per Account, have not tested if you can use mutliple accounts with one IP.
Heard you can use up to 5 accounts per IP on the forum... still would not try it ;-)

2000, can be higher if you have more followers

Comments
I went from 40, to 20, now to 10 / hour follows.
40/h I got the first suspension, on 20 I hat to fill a request to unblock the account.
10/h seemed safe.

I didn't use this before. I usually use twiends for me. It doesn't provide plenty followers, but works perfectly. May be I should have a try with your method.

Don't follow 2000 people at s time ever.

Do 300 a day using extremely targeted people and demographics.

Tweet frenzy bot doesn't even have filtering options so your basically following anyone from a certain accounts follower list. That's not targeted enough.

I can add people who have tweeted in the last hour so that I have a better chance of them seeing the add and following back as opposed to following anyone including people who don't even use twitter anymore.

300/day will get new accounts blocked. tested, thats too much.
2000 follow = total follow, not daily!

Yes for a brand new account you can only follow like 100 .

I don't like working with fresh accounts but I do if need be. I just let the client know that I can't go crazy with the targeting at the beginning stages.

try not following more than 300-500 a day until you get 2000-5000 followers,
after you get 2k followers try increasing the limit to 500-900

Do fake followers with a decent profiles (ex pics bio, some tweets/followers) count for these followers?

and do you have to set a delay and be careful of how many fake accounts you make follow your profile at once? thanks

So favorti"ing" hast some limits too. tested it with 100fav/h. got the account suspended..
guess something like 10-20 actions must apply here too.
some ideas form you?

I am not unfollowing. As soon as I hit the 2K following, I switch to favoriting.
Stay below 10 favs / hour seems to be ok.
That is, to be honest, VERY LOW :/
but, that twitter traffic converts twice as high to my sqzee pages as instagram.

I made my own bot that fav's 900 tweets in 3 hours per 24 hours. You can fav up to 1000 tweets a day so thats why I capped at 900 to be in the safe zone.

I have over 130k favorites on my account, thats the downside
