Twitter create account not working

Is anyone else experiencing this today? Been trying to create an account on there for the last 4 hours and when you press the button after completing your details, Create Account, nothing happens.
Maybe a page error as the little yellow triangle on the bottom left side of the screen is showing...

My twitter account maker is working fine. Check you settings or make sure internet explorer is working properly. Let us know where you get with it.

Im not using any auto account creator, just trying directly from their site but the button doesnt seem to work for me in I.E. or FF

change your ip, clear browser cache and then try again.

Well I just cleared cookies,cache,etc and reconnected with new IP and still nothing,damn!
Their sign up page is giving this error:

Maybe this is why the button isnt working???

P.S. I explained above that Im not using any bot or auto software, the problem Im getting is from their site.
