Twitter Connection Tip - Help Needed

Hi, guys.
I want to import my FB contacts to Twitter. I know there used to be a service app like that about 10 years ago, but couldn't find anything like this anymore.
The Yahoo contacts import=export method is also not working. Anything else you might know?
