I think the problem is twitter traffic, not chaturbate. But you can try sending to other CPA networks and compare to be sure, for example crakrevenue, tubecamgirl and bongacash. I still think will be bad results in every one.
You can't blame that on Chaturbate for sure, but you can't blame that on Twitter traffic either. People usually do that though and are fixed on that Twitter traffic is shit. Well, maybe it's not the best, but i can tell you, that it actually converts. I sent around 125k UVs so far to Chaturbate revshare from Twitter (bot traffic included, there's no way to tell that apart from the real traffic, they have pretty shitty tracking). Anyway, my conversion ratio is 1 free registration per 44 uniques and yes, with time some of them convert into paying members, my ratio for that is 1 paying member per 40 free members. People can convert into paying members at any point, so this latter ratio is just for show.
The explanation to OP's conversion ratio is more like the bot hits what iPinner mentioned above, what i also did mention, not in this thread, but in other places. I noticed that Twitter crawlers visit your domain (what you tweeted) in the first few days after it was posted first and it can be upto 100 bot hits, which you won't be able to tell just buy looking at your Chaturbate stats. You can catch it though, if you refresh your stats like a mad man, because crawler visits usually happen in bigger batches, so your hits jump fairly big in a very short time frame, which cannot be explained with anything else.
We can see around 3k unique hits on OP's screenshot, but we don't know how many domains he uses. If he uses ~30 domains, that conversion ratio can be easily explained with bot traffic, because in that case he hardly had any real hits.
Some stat reporting can be very misleading. They don't filter bot traffic, so you might think that you're sending that much valuable traffic, when in reality you hardly send any real hits.
