I was wondering if there is a program out there which gives me the ability to make a large list of twitter usernames that all follow a specific person. I would like to use this in order to compile a list of followers of a specific celebrity.
Is there a way for the list to also include the AT sign infront of each person?

You can rip a list of someone's followers with TweetAttacks

Yes, that can easily be done through Tweet Attacks. I made a similar thread asking for a program that lists a person's verified followers.

you can get list celerity from following her account and look into her followers
