Twitter brings back the chronological timeline

As the title suggests, Twitter made some changes to the timeline again. "Now when you uncheck the settings box reading “Show the best tweets first,” Twitter will completely revert your timeline to a non-algorithmic, reverse-chronological order, which is how Twitter was originally designed and operated for years until the company introduced a default algorithmic model in early 2016."

I guess it's good news for many.

A great change. The algorithm that chooses which posts you see is very annoying.

Not a fan of what? It's not the default, you can stay with the algo generated timeline. A lot of people prefer a chronological timeline over a random timeline made by some algo. Anyway, they came to their senses finally, the choice is ours now and this is how it should have been since 2016, when they killed the original timeline.
