No that's completely wrong. FollowLiker is a one time payment of 100€ I think and Jarvee is 30€+ monthly.
So it's on same line as Twitterdub.
After all it's your decision. Just compare the different features. If you are only using 1 acc 30€ for Jarvee might be too much for you. So you should stick with one of the other two.

I've not done follow-unfollow in a few years, but I used FollowLiker and found it very difficult to prevent accounts from getting banned, even with 1 proxy per account and following 50 a day. I doubt this was down to the software though, and more about Twitter simply detecting the following/unfollowing.
I also found that most people who did follow back did so to be 'polite' - and so the engagement wasn't great, as they weren't following off their own back.
But for those who insist on using bots, then FollowLiker would be my suggestion.

Twitter is a pc-based platforms, bots do not really matter.
You should tweak your settings ( also forget about 500 follows a day except if u are established)
I prefer to keep low profile and upload good quality content, my accounts go fine i even have a couple on my IP

I recently tested a free chome extension called Twitter Follower. It has free and pay-for versions. It's not bad, but every time I used it Twitter picked up on it.
Free version will perform an action 20x before stopping. Then you can just run it again. Usually on the second time running it, Twitter recognized and put a hold on the account.
It also has a feature to spread out the action over a set period of time, and still twitter was able to pick up on it. Yet, when I do things manually, I can follow/unfollow much more before I hit the limits. I think it might have to do with timing as the bot does things exactly on same intervals.
I question the usefulness of this anyway, as non-engaging followers are useless mostly. As stelios0 said, good content trumps all.
