twitter uses it's api for web, android and ios, it's perfectly safe if you mimic those devices

They usually just register to promote their software. In most cases they get banned really soon, but sometimes we overlook them and it takes a little longer. With that said, its best to do your own research before buying anything. I am not saying that every user that signs up and "recommends" a software is automatically "selling", but in the case of JarveePro, we already knew what was going on.
