I don't know any bot of twitter for this purpose.

Most of the bots can target a keyword like this pretty easily. It could have been a test you stumbled upon, or someone could be working an effective algorithm of retweets. In this scenario a bot owner might have sought to gain organic twitter traffic for that keyword. As such they would load it into their bot of choice, scrape the people tweeting with the keyword and the tweet, and retweet it accordingly.
