Anybody have a decent Twitter Bot that do a lot of functions but won't break the bank?

Is Sublime Twitter Bot still around, does it work effectively? Where can I purchase it? Google brings up no results of their site anymore.

Tweetadder can do most everything for Twitter marketing.

what sort of functions do you want?
I write twitter bots. Can make custom bots to do anything (within reason and good ethics).
