Twitter bot

Can someone post me in the direction of a Twitter bot that creates accounts on auto and sends tweets to these accounts? Each time an account dies, I have X amount in reserve to keep tweeting? Also, it would be great to be able to follow Y amount of users with each account continuously and follow back a few. Any ideas?

I once tried TweetDemon but it was ain't worth it. Use Zennoposter, it can automate pretty much any browser task you want, the only downside is rather steep learning curve but it's worth it when you get a hang of it.
