Twitter Bot that posts videos in replies?

Why?
A video reply is just the same as an image reply. Upload the media to the upload endpoint, then make a comment Post with the media_id. It's no more difficult than a normal reply tweet.
$400 for a custom built solution sounds reasonable if the developer is starting from scratch, but will probably not handle the various work flows you can expect from using twitter (validation / verification / 429 / captchas etc etc)
And to the person who said they can do it in 3 hours, it's going to be a very flimsy crash prone program with a very limit scope of functionality

I would like to see if it doesn't work well... 400 dollars a month I'll buy a car... the bot that posts photos and videos in response to a twit doesn't take long to do it... I created a bot that creates accounts and follows and post...what is difficult is creating accounts with captcha etc....but in the end it is a script like any other....if anyone has any idea how to monetize we can do 50/50%
