Twitter bot: Smart retweet option :)

I will move straight to the point:

Im looking for twitter software which allows to retweet the same twit to all of my accounts.

Will try to explain on example
1) I upload my accounts details
2) Setup link for certain tweet (which will be retweeted by all of my accounts )
3) Setup delays between retweet for all of my accounts
4) Setup time to work


Will be great if software will be able to remove previous tweet before retweeting a new one
