    Hi guys!
I am puzzled as to what Twitter Bot users actually do with a bot, I made a Bot with functionality that satisfied my needs, I am wondering how do you guys use a bot on Twitter? what are the things you look for in a Bot, etc..
I probably asked the same question already but that was some time ago and I want an updated answer so I can update my software too.

    Thanks :)

Hey, javamann! I have been using your free bot for couple of days now, running 3 instances at the same time. I can give you an overview what options would be good to add:
    • follow limit/day (how many people/day you want to follow)
    • better delays, atm the min delay I can set is 1-2 min. This leaves a huge footprint and the account will follow new users EXACTLY 1 or 2 minutes in between.. you could add a random delay of few seconds to it. Aka.. if I set 1-2 min then it will actually be 1 min 23 sec, next one would be 2 min 8 sec etc. I would suggest though to set the delay option in seconds and not minutes because other bots actually follow people after every 19-30 seconds.
    • ability to follow the followers of another user - extremely important. I had to import the userid-s with another program so it didn't bother me that much.
    • RELEASING RAM USAGE - I don't know how to write it in English but your program eats f tons of RAM the more it works. It doesn't free up the RAM it has used and after enough time it will crash the system because of eating up all the RAM.
    • ability to add proxies for account. I don't know how the proxies thing work with API, maybe it doesn't matter because all the info goes through the same API but my gut feeling says proxies are needed.
    • multithreading - ability to run several accounts at the same time (atm, I need to open multiple instances of the same program).

These are the options I would personally find useful to have but I am only following people and not doing anything else.

What I really like is that you are using user id-s and not usernames. Don't change that option.

    I hope this helps :)

    • Thanks Thanks x 1

Well, that seems like great constructive feedback, thank you.
I can definitely tackle all the requests you are making except for the multi threaded thing, at least not for now.

    :)
