Twitter Bot question/advice ?!

1. So the question, why there are no trends in specific countries when bot is searching by woeid ?

example searching for trends in UK or Global, returns list of 5 trending hashtags now when I search for trends in Lithuania I get no results at all ( or other specific smaller country )
Is there woeid limit/list of countries ? or I'm missing something can't find any info on that.

2. Second question or more of advice what features twitter bot would you like to see on it ? (This will be free for all BHW members with more than 100 posts)

I got:
+ Auto unfollow all / or who doesn't follow you
+ Random tweets from .txt file / or tweet line by line
+ Retweet by hashtag('s) / name('s)
+ Auto follow by hashtag('s) / name('s)
+ Auto follow back
+ Proxy Implementation for specific country

+ To scrape the followers of a certain user. - Will implement 100%
+ To tweet users with a delay - done already timed by timer or random timer in range
- Multithreaded with multiple accounts - Will do but It will be last feature probably.... will try to mix this with trending keyword feature. (still need to do few tests)

- Account creator - I would love to do that but I think I will need some help with this feature from other coders, I don't know little things about this ex: do I need specific country IP to register etc. If I can get help or someone can join me OK

@Sleem - is this "account unlock features" possible or was it sarcastic - I'm asking in serious manner I don't know what it is I'm running my bot daily on 6 accounts (not mult.t) and haven't been locked out 2 accounts are pure spam blasters others are targeted audience bots

You think favoring by # or simple keyword right ?
And this need's to be timed ? for example how many fav's in 1 hour ? Averqage/or what ?

Converting bot for "user" more friendly solution with forms and buttons
