As long as your bot doesn't use API

And CPA is one of the payout models for the affiliate industry, these aren't separate

Any bot for twitter needs to use the API, either private or public, there is no other way.

One can actually use tools like selenium, puppeteer etc.. to build a Twitter bot without needing to use API. But things are a lot easier and faster when using official API

Undetected chromedriver is a great idea.
Puppeteer extra stealth seems good too.

I'd say CPA is subjectively easier to pull off than affiliate. Varies per specifics but should be generally that way. Slightly tangential but with the whole paid API scheme, botting might be changing along with it. Although, didn't Elon recently say that Twitter will continue to offer free APIs or something to "good" bot accounts or something?
