Twitter bot help

I'm a bit unfamiliar with the details of twitter.

I have this bot that posts a tweet with a product with my affiliate link 2 times an hour.

Is the point that someone will search for something, find my tweet, and possibly buy?

How often should I be letting it post? Is there anything else I need to do to my twitter account to make it less spammy?

is this a duplicate post? well if not google spider links you twitter site very often if you have a boot that post every two hours it will drive traffic to what ever site you are posting to.... on the other hand if people are linking in to your site using the link you provide then that is call a back link that may or may not be scan by google i got a couple of site liking in by twitter and consider back links by google times that a 100 account then that is more back links
