Twitter bot for profiles creation and auto-post & DM?

Hi guys, do anyone know or have for sale a bot that creates multiple profiles by using temp emails, solves captcha, and then posts content and DMs to specified list of prospects/profiles criteria?
If so, for how long do these profiles survive before they get banned?
