I've spent some time now and then over the last week or so monitoring Twitter accounts who I know have signed up for Twitter Blue and I'm noticing something.

By using SocialBlade the follower gain, for most of the accounts, has increased by a bigger margin than when looking at the account's history. Even accounts that don't particularly have that many followers have had a jump in their normal daily increases.

Something has certainly changed in the algorithm where I think if you pay the $8 a month or whatever it is, and get the Blue Tick, you stand a better chance of being seen, having people engaging with you, and consequently, gaining followers, than if you hadn't signed up for the Twitter Blue.

And I've seen large accounts without a blue tick, go from circ 1000 followers a day increase, to hardly any.

Maybe the blue tick itself creates curiosity in that account?

As I say, larger accounts without Twitter Blue appear to be taking a hit, suggesting that's not the case.

We're talking about Elon Musk here so anything goes. It wouldn't surprise me if something was coded in to gradually get more people paying.

Could it be that the person who has a verified tick said something funny in one of the page they are followed before other people get to comment?

Seems like typical of Elon way of doing business. No FREE advertising. You get seen only if you pay. I won't be surprise if the engagement rate drops further for none subscribers. Social medial platforms are focusing more and more on monetization as investors funding are drying up. There are just no more hot money for them to 'burn for market share'.

It's because the government was funding twitter & other big tech websites in order to push their agendas. The funding has been cut due to the u.s.a. military arresting and shutting down key global points of the banking criminals.

The money is drying up and now they must make money or go under. The free market is here and spreading.

Yes, here in Brazil it's the same thing, Elon Musk even said that Twitter interfered in the elections in Brazil, this is notorious, everyone knows.

What happens when a website is involved in crime? It usually gets shut down and the servers seized.

But they didn't shut down twitter. Why not? Because the military is using elon with twitter it to expose the global bankers and their puppets.

They will expose more and more crimes involved with twitter. The end crime is crimes against children.

Once that is exposed the military will seize twitter and twitter will be no more. There is also many backdoors inside of the twitter code.

It's too compromised to fix it.

That is why I wont get twitter blue. Also twitter sucks. Facebook, YouTube, Google are next.

The global bankers have always cheated in every election in every country.

This is actually a good opportunity for webmasters when big tech websites will be seized and goodbye forever. All that traffic will be going somewhere else.
