Twitter Banning

I dont know if this has been posted, as I did not see it. Twitter seem to be banning tweetadder as well, (dot know how they know) I have made few twitter accounts and only started following 200 users, within a day they banned my accounts. Is tweetadder dead as well?

Rumor has it that any type of automated program even though they claim to follow twitters TOS, is banning the accounts that use it.

Weird. If you follow only 200 then you shouldn't get banned. Typically the rule goes if you have less than 2000 followers that you should avoid following more than 200 a day.

however, you need to ensure your ratio doesn't get to be something like
Following: 989
Followers: 12

Cause that will flag in a heartbeat.
