Well, I was using TweetDeck for years one day twitter stopped allowing multi-account functionality.
I had no choice to be using an online service - socialoomph.com and it's working quite ok for me.

Which service do you use for it?
I am a developer. I coded a program to do this work.
But my program is using twitter api. So there are some limits.
I am currently using 2 api. I found some working unofficial api from GitHub.
But this was is not good way. I don't how you describe it buy, a few days ago I saw the tweets I sent via those 300 account are not visible to everyone.
If I enable sensitive content thing then visible.
This is bad for me. I think I need quality proxy and non-api program.
I am gonna buy TwitterDub today.
Then I am gonna code a program to create a lot of accounts.
