Twitter automation tools?

Hi,

In the past I have used TweetAdder which was working great for building a large amount of followers and automated posts etc, but since that was banned by Twitter my promotion through their website has pretty much stopped. Is there any other tools that can do a similar job which aren't banned at present? I only really need the automatic following/unfollowing abilities but others would be nice.
