Is there a software I could use to get mass actions, like retweets and replies quickly?

I need a software that can process over 500 likes in 2 minutes.

Tdub can no longer get the work done.

Most tools like Tdub are throttled now. Try tools like Somiibo, Jarvee, or custom scripts with rotating proxies—but be careful, X (Twitter) is strict.
 
Twitterdub still works I think, double check though

I used one account to do 5 likes and 5 follows, and confirmed the email twice. Of course, I didn’t use Tdub! I actually made my own custom software (you could say two separate tools) just for following. One does the following in sequence, and the second one handles SMS verification if Twitter asks. But when it comes to mass liking — I don’t really know how to approach that yet.
 
I wonder...why 2 minutes and not 5 minutes...what difference does it make?
