I got rss feed which i want to integrate to my twitter account . I want to schedule it to post not more than 20 tweets per day .
Is there any FREE soft that would help me ?

I have a script you can use, run as often as you want and it takes the most recent item from rss and posts it. Cron it on a server to run 15-20 times a day and you're set, hit me up if you want to use it.
