Twitter automated comments web-based script / bot

I need a twitter automated web-based script/bot that has the following functions:

Work with multiple twitter accounts / proxies.
Grow accounts organically (search and follow profiles based on keywords selected by me, retweet etc.)
Post tweets / auto-post comments on followed twitter accounts from time to time.
Etc.

Do not comment or suggest anything if it's not WEB-BASED - i'm not interested in software.

Also interested in similar stuff for facebook/instagram reddit / other social networks.

If something ready-made is not already there also have the option to pay to build a custom solution. PM with offers.
