Twitter auto replys

Hello,

When someone new followers my account, I want too be able too send an auto message straight away.

(Thank-you we have reached our follow limit, we will follow you back tomorrow)

Also an automatic inbox & maybe a tweet aswell

Does anyone know any programs that do this? I don't mind paying monthly.
