also looking for this myself. tried using tweet attacks pro and similar services but its too complicated for me with applying proxies and such...
am looking for a web based service that is easy to use, all proxies and stuff handled for me by the backend.

Yes there are, explain in detail what your looking for? Do you need a bot that reply's to users based on a keyword they use? Ill be adding this back into my bot again, I'm just getting all the base line functions added right now, updates to settings and functions are soon to follow. Just put it on my to-do list for upcoming updates.

There are actually tools for that. You can try Jarvee. It has pretty neat automation features. Just be careful in using automation tools because you might get noticed and that you might be flagged as spam or be banned for Twitter.

I have an iMacro script that can do this. Well, it used to work flawlessly. But in the past few months every time I tried it, for some reason Twitter just ends up loading and loading and loading, and it won't work right anymore.
Maybe look for a bot that can do this. Should be simple enough for a bot to do, with proxy support and rotating accounts, rotating replies//texts, rotating keywords/hashtags, etc.
