Twitter auto poster for WP?

Is there a type of autoposter that like if I put some people's usernames let's say obama it will post automatically as a post in the obama category? Or Like fuckin Borat and it will post in the borat category section? SO like if they update their twitter 40 times a day it will post 40 post for each category.

most rss grabbers for WP would do this i would think.
