i was wondering if there is any program or script that will take certain things from my website and automatically post it every couple hours?

like if i had a forum it would post one topic per 6 hours or something of that sort... just somethingthat would post my content on twitter without me doing it

Sounds like a good idea. If anyone knows of any other software that does this let me know before i wast my time.
