Twitter auto-muting eggs and sketchy accounts

You're spamming without a proper profile picture? You're not verifying your account (email or phone number)? You suck at this and now Twitter is making it easier for people to ignore you

Good for the everyday users, not so good for us.
Although without phone verifying the accounts, you can't do too many things nowadays. Phone verification is pretty much mandatory and uploading a profile pic isn't too big of an effort either.

On another note: i was wondering why am i keep losing accounts in the past few days outside the biweekly waves, i guess this is why:
"Twitter will now prevent users who have previously been banned from coming back onto the platform under a new username. Twitter isn’t saying exactly how (perhaps to prevent abusers from figuring it out)"

And if this wasn't enough, the safe search is on by default, which is not so good for those in the adult niche:
"the platform will implement a safe search filter, turned on by default"

They also hide abusive and low quality replies:
"Finally Twitter will collapse “abusive and low-quality” replies so they don’t take up space deserved by less sucky tweets."

Twitter was the social media site, which was the easiest to game for a long a time, since last May it's slowly becoming one of the toughest.

Well, first of all

"Twitter auto-muting eggs and sketchy accounts"

and

"Twitter now lets you auto-mute eggs and other sketchy accounts"

are two different things. Unless they will rollout this crap update and all those accs will be already muted in settings by default. I wanted to check if this is the case but there is no "Advanced Filters" in the newest Adroid app. So I have asked a friend to check on Iphone, but there is no "Advanced filters" section" in the latest iOS Twitter app ether. So I have no idea what the fuck is going on..
