Free: your only options I am aware of are browser extensions.
Paid: The main ones are:
Jarvee
Follow liker
TSupremacy
Twitterdub (dislaimer, I am the developer)
All the above have a presence on BHW IIRC and have similar feature sets with differences in how things are done / licenses / costs / support etc

To add on, I would not trust any browser add on for a few reasons, plus they are more likely to disappear/break before any standalone service/software

well they are free and you get what you pay for. If they are working now and your funds are limited, they are a great way to get started.

He and I may need to talk in the future. Regardless...
There are many bots that will do that. I don't you or your situation, but I would suggest doing it manually until you accomplish what you need $$ wise. Then investing into automation.
