Twitter Auto Adder

Looking for a (preferably free) tool that can take a list of search queries and then auto follow any twitter account that has mentioned one of those queries recently

Even better if it had the feature to then go back and remove those not following me - but I'll settle for the first part.

Its free an i like it.

It doesn't unfollow but great to follow.
