Give it 1 month or so before posting stuff. Start following people, visit pages, like stuff. Act like a normal human. Most people with twitter never posted anything, let alone starting to post things right after registering

This is not normal; these accounts are surely flagged, so you are getting notification. The best approach would be to act like human (for example, following people, Liking them, RT them etc) and it should become normal

is normal, this only indicates that you sending too many dms or posting more than a normal person would do, sending 100 dms y creating 100 post every day is too much, basically you are getting flagged because of that, just post but a normal amount that can't be considered spammy.

its called new account restrictions - its to prevent spam / bots .
