Twitter API / C++ or similar programmer needed.

I have a fully built twitter method capable of driving 20,000+ UVs daily within 1-2 days of launch. My coder(ex partner) and I split ways last night, but he was only able to break ONE of the tools...So if I can get one simple API based ID filtering script coded I am willing to split the first 2 month's google adsense revenue, which should be no less than 5 figures for each of us. I have 1200 private proxies. I can provide screen shots / team view of proof of anything we talk about and proof of any income I have made on twitter.
