Hi

I have a question about how many follows/unfollows is a safe amount to do every day using 'Justunfollow'.

I have one fairly new Twitter account and am trying to build up a following for my music. I do maybe two to three tweets a day and maybe the odd retweet or reply to someone else.

I have bought the 'Unfollow' app, which allows you to target people who might be your target audience.

At the moment, I have around 50 followers. Once a day, I am using the app to 'follow' between 100- 200 people who might be following a similar music artist. Once 24 hours has lapsed, I hopefully will have got a handful of those 200 people following me back, as they like the same kind of music.

The ones who chose not to follow me back within this 24 hour period, I unfollow.

Basically, I want to use Twitter safely and not go over any following/unfollowing limits. So say if 20 people of those 200 followed me and the remaining 180 did not, am I safe to unfollow those 190 and repeat this kind of pattern daily?

Use addmefast that is great tool.

Well having looked at reviews for this tool, it seems a lot of the traffic is from fake profiles, which will not really help. The point of JustUnfollow is that you target and engage with real people who are talking about the same kind of things as you, so it isn't spamming.

Please can anyone advise as per the original question?

I have been reading articles online all day on this, some people saying you are safe with 100 follows a day, some with 200 follows, some saying they have had accounts suspended by unfollowing just a handful of people a day.

Apparently, Twitter look into patterns of following so if you're doing the same kind of thing regularly you could get suspended. If this is the case, it would make Justunfollow too risky to use. There are so many mixed ideas about what a safe amount of follows and unfollows a day is.

Please can anyone clarify:

For a single Twitter account established two weeks ago, currently with 70 followers, if I continue to use Justunfollow, is there a safe amount of people I can follow a day and then a safe amount to unfollow when anyone does not follow back, to gradually build up my numbers.

Also, is there a certain time period one should leave it before unfollowing. Eg, if I follow 100 people, am I safe to unfollow anyone who has not followed back 24 hours later?

Or...is Justunfollow just too risky to use altogether?

Hi

I am also using this program in twitter. Here is detail what I found safe -

Following 1-2,000 : daily you can follow less than 1,000. 800-900 is safe.

After following over 2,000 : can follow daily 10%. If you follow more (exact no. will determine by twitter) any moment you will find that can not follow any one more. And will get msg. In this stage you have to unfollow some people to reduce following no. Wait 1-2 days and it will active again.

Following your target volume, wait 2-5 days. Check what percentage people follow back you. Then you start all un-follow who are not follow-back and continue repeat the process.

Thanks / gkb

So if I have less than 1000-2000 followers I can safely follow 800-900 a day? That seems very high and I have not seen that figure suggested in any articles I have read.

Does anyone else have any other thoughts?

Well in my experience, i wouldn't do what you're doing right now. I would just follow till i hit the limit. After I hit the limit i would start unfollow, its the best way to not get suspended

0-6000 followers ...could do roughly 200 unfollows

6000+ ....roughly 1000 unfollows
