Twitter and Copyright Contents

I have some noob questions on twitter.
If I buy an aged pva account and then spam short link direct to copyright contents (on cyberlocker), maybe buying retweets too. Are there any chance of avoiding banning from twitter? And how long does it take to twitter to ban my accounts?

Restrictions on quantity only. Test on multiple accounts. Look at the limits and you can build a system.
