Hey! I wanna run a Twitter account and post there affiliate links (like Admitad). Does Twitter accept those links? I don't wanna get banned or something.

Yeah, you're fine to use affiliate links.

Twitter doesn't seem to like re-directing links though, (such as smartlinks) but unless you're promting that you're fine.

one account will not be fruitful

twitter does not care what link you post. just short the url with some url shortner.

It's easy to check:
"If we have blocked a link, you will see an error message if you try to include it in your Tweet or Direct Message, or on your profile. The message reads: “You can’t complete this action because this link has been identified by Twitter or our partners as being potentially harmful. Please visit our Help Center to learn more.”

So the url is either blocked from the get go (e.g. because someone got it banned before you), in that case you'll see a warning message and you'll be unable to post it. This can happen fairly easily with the urls of popular ad networks, affiliate networks, CPA networks or with whatever url, where there's a reason to spam. The other outcome is that there isn't any warning message and you can post the url just fine.

Affiliate links are fine to use, but it's also important not to violate other Twitter rules, which they describe in their tou.
