What are your thoughts in this? Will it be effective? maybe 20% of my tweets everyday will have a link to my affiliate site. and I will follow US user that follows big fashion accounts like who what wear, fashionista.com, etc. Will it convert?

sure this, is not a new method and I can tell you it works. I used to do it with CPA and other sites. But if you want big traffic you should invest in a tool that will load multiple accounts and has wait and reply feature + some random tweets from the account with your links.

Try to use Tweepi. Each Twitter account is one niche.

What is tweepi? And If you may, how many twitter accounts per IP? :)

Tweepi.com is a Twitter tool with free version and paid version.

Do you mean IP address of internet connection?

For more safe, one Twitter per IP address.

Or you can use proxy. I don't use it. Because IP addresses of my internet connection are flexible.

I think I recently saw a method for twitter + amazon, try searching for it.

After a while people will catch on to it however if you are posting some great deals or great products this could totally work. You surely need loads of followers and RT's.

If you are thinking about direct linking to Amazon from Twitter it would either take thousands upon thousands of hits to convert or it wouldn't be worth your time.

Try linking to a site with a review of products related to your niche and stick Adsense as well as Amazon product links in your posts.

I'm sure it would convert a lot better and allow you to utilize multiple streams.
