now i let someone signup using my link he showed proof but at stats i dont see the signup and i used the right link
Is there any delay in stats updating?

Was the click registered? It should be live stat reporting. It's very easy to register, email verify is optional, so more or less shaving is expected with these kind of offers.
I would not recommend their free sign up program, go with revshare, that will make more money in the long run.

Be careful, affiliate networks like crakrevenue can easily ban you if there is no conversions for them/their clients. In translate you will need people willing to buy offered services - not just to signup.

for adult stuff people seem to use snapchat lately or even instagram.
twitter can work, but it will take time, you'll need a lot of accounts and lately they've been quite hard on adult accounts (and all bot accounts in general) so you might lose them all very fast. now it depends on what you want to do, something to work long term or some hit and run tactic( this second one means you'll burn through accounts and proxies quite fast)

If you read CR's TOS you can see you need to be at least 18 yo to join. Try some other network.

OP's talking about Chaturbate (CB) and not Crakrevenue (CR), but it doesn't matter much. What you say is the case with all adult networks and not just adult networks, but non-adult networks too (mostly because of legal and tax reasons) and if it wasn't enough, it's the case with payment processors too, so buy the book he is neither allowed to promote nor allowed to get paid.
But in this specific case it only matters, if he broadcasts, because that's when Chaturbate asks for id verification. If he's an affiliate and he has a way to get paid, he's good to go.

In the first post OP mentioned he applied to CR too but didn't get accepted yet, I thought I would throw this info in so he wouldn't be surprised.
Exactly what happened to me some weeks ago, I was promoting Slutroulette PPS offer and had around $50. They closed my account allegating their client(Slutroulette) decided to close operations with me because of traffic didn't attended expectations...
