Twitter Ads Twitter Payments

Hey guys , we run ads on twitter , completely legal stuff but sometimes they lock out our accounts "for violating terms of service" .. this requires us to need more ad accounts and payment methods to go with those accounts , twitter does not accept paypal so it must be cc's , anyone have good work around for this ? Willing to pay for info and/or accounts.

also , they ask for name and address , any shops that let you set these fields ?
