Yes. that's another indication that your account is more likely not fake. So, there is no need for twitter to ban your profile if you violate its ads policy.

Yes, your X account will still be intact in as much as it is just ads violations you committed.

Yeah not sure how they determine the threshold maybe it is based on the card or the trust of your account
Hi . Have you gotten any real customers through Twitter advertising? I just get a lot of clicks and no results.

In order to run ads on twitter you need blue tick. If you dont have one - get it. Your ads will unpause.
If you have blue and ran into halted or pending ad statuses.. well it's harder to fix, but still manageable
