can someone explain to me the point of following and unfollowing people and how many people it is recomended to add per day?

i've already explained it you yesterday: i'm not completely sure about the numbers tho, i'd say a few hundred followings per day (200-300/day) is safe with new accounts and then you can slowly raise this
but you can see people saying 500 or even more per day is safe, so it's really hard to tell
