Twitter Activation Problem

I'm trying to create twitter accounts, I use fast proxies and it sends the email to my hotmail accounts but when I hit activation it goes to twitter and does nothing? Anyone have this or know how to fix it? I try and send the activation again and it won't also. It's pretty frustrating, I have no idea what it could be.
