Hi,
I want to like different tweets every 5-10 minutes with Twitterdub bot.
What quality of Twitter accounts should I buy? And should I use proxies, or do I not need proxies because i only usw like 20-30 accounts?
I would like to buy 20-30 secure accounts that are not regularly blocked/banned. Am I safe with mobile phone number verified accounts? and where to buy?

You should buy an account that already has a bio, profile picture and cover photo, and has a number of posts.
use static proxy for from account.

First advice is good but he should use a mobile proxy with rotating IP instead of static if he really wants to use 20-30 accounts. ( or create many profiles each with theyr own RDP )
