twitter accounts suspended

I got two of my twitter accounts suspended, and after apeling got this

anyone got the same mail and still manage to restore the account ?

Account was banned because two bitly links that was marked as spam.
It's the second time I got an account banned because a custom bitly link that was marked as spam, learn from my mistakes dont use custom links , insted use what links they automate when you use bitly, never got a problem when using standard bitly links.
damn, sad times.

Try one more time a few days later with the effect
